The Colorado Afterschool Partnership (CAP) is a growing network of youth service professionals, advocates and community stakeholders working to build a sustainable model of afterschool, out-of-school and summer systems that strengthen Colorado. CAP is part of the National Network of Statewide Afterschool Networks, funded in part by the C.S. Mott Foundation.
