Eric Golden is a dedicated facilitator, coach, and advocate for high-quality out-of-school time (OST) programming. With over 15 years of experience working in a variety of fields including youth development, leadership coaching, and community engagement, Eric is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences beyond the classroom. His expertise in emotional intelligence, facilitation training, and program development helps to empower educators, youth professionals, and the communities they serve.

As a facilitator and coach with The Flourish Lab, Eric leads transformative workshops that equip youth-serving professionals with the skills to foster self-awareness, resilience, and inclusive environments. Previously, as the Community Partner Program Manager for Denver Public Schools, he supported over 500 community partners, ensuring that students had access to enriching OST opportunities that were safe, engaging, and developmentally supportive.
